1. Tap a project bar once, the OVERVIEW button displays

2. Tap the TEAM button at the top right of the project scope page.

The pop-up above will display to add or remove team members.
3. Selecting Assigned To for a deliverable, work package, or task opens the pop-up on the right.

Select an existing team member or tap Add new team member and enter their email.

The new member will be added to the team list above and have access to the project.
